Sales Representative for Sports and Outdoor Gear

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at Intersport. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the Outdoor and Ski department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers in the Outdoor and Ski department
- Diagnose customer needs and provide recommendations on products and services
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and trends
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing) an asset
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the sports or outdoor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of outdoor and ski products and trends an asset
