Sales Operations Specialist

Uptoo, the French leader in Sales and Commercial teams, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to support the growth and productivity of our 60 Sales teams.
Your Role- Be the primary point of contact for all CRM-related matters, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of Hubspot.
- Support internal teams (directly and through documentation) and act as a liaison between managers and sales teams on a daily basis.
- Conduct daily checks on our operations to verify decisions made and identify training needs for internal teams.
- Report back on feedback, prioritize, and support initiatives to make our processes more enjoyable and efficient.
- Implement continuous process improvement in partnership with your Ops counterpart.
- Train and accompany teams in the proper use of the CRM.
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.
- You have a proven track record in Sales Operations, with experience in CRM implementation and management.
- You're familiar with Hubspot and have a solid understanding of data analysis and business intelligence.
- You're passionate about process improvement and have a keen eye for detail.
- You're a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
