Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Lead to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a Sales Territory Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the EMEA region, covering all GEO locations and supporting partner sales, enablement, and local customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with GEO leaders and VARs to identify new business opportunities and provide sales support and enablement.
  • Conduct sales demonstrations and support sales efforts using the LEVERAGE method and provide long-term sales support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
