Aftersales Business Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aftersales Business Development Intern to join our team at MG Motor France. As an Aftersales Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our aftersales business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Parts & Accessories: Participate in the management of the range of Parts & Accessories products, including animations and deployment of the range, development and updating of communication media, comparative studies and benchmarking, and extraction of figures and sales analysis.
- Aftersales Communication: Participate in the Aftersales communication strategy, including team support on one-off communication operations, support in the management of monthly CRM campaigns, and implementation of a marketing and communication report.
- Process Optimization: Participate in the optimization of MG France processes through IT tools and implementation of automated processes to enhance proficiency.
- General Aftersales Topics: Daily monitoring and communication of MG performance via digital tools, management and organization of weekly and monthly sales meetings with aftersales team.
- Master's level business school or gap year/end-of-study internship.
- Good knowledge of Excel and office package.
- Strong data analysis and processing ability, good command of analysis software and formulation related.
- Fluent English and French.
- Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with professionals in different cultures.
- The spirit of analysis, rigor, strength of proposal, autonomy, teamwork, and curiosity will be the essential character traits to carry out your missions.
