We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Intelligence and Business Development Intern. As a member of our global team, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical, technical, and soft skills within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in strategic and operational projects to improve our business models and services.
- Identify and approach potential candidates for our recruitment services.
- Analyze and evaluate candidates' qualifications and qualifications.
- Perform proactive cold calling to leverage data and opportunities.
- Conduct phone interviews with best practices and refine processes to build diverse candidate talent pools.
- You are a student in a BAC + 4/5 business school or university.
- You are available for an internship of 6 months duration.
- You are fluent in English and have a strong understanding of international business environments.
- You are an autonomous, team player, solution/result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and creative individual.
