We're looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our desktop computers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new workstations, and maintaining our network infrastructure. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve technical problems, and provide excellent customer service to our employees.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
