Job Overview:
As an Enterprise Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be instrumental in guiding our customers through their innovative journeys utilizing AWS services and Generative AI solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting a diverse range of clients, from emerging startups to established Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for Enterprise Support customers.
- Advise on the integration of new AWS offerings into the client’s strategic framework and architecture.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses and deliver periodic performance reviews to clients.
- Provide in-depth assessments of service interruptions, operational metrics, and pre-launch strategies.
- Act as an advocate for customer needs within AWS, including feature requests.
- Engage in client meetings, whether onsite or virtually, as requested.
- Utilize key customer resolution tools across all service groups to expedite the resolution of client issues.
- Collaborate with leading technologists globally.
- Work directly with AWS engineers to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Be available outside of standard business hours to address urgent matters.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in design, implementation, operations, or consulting with distributed applications.
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across multiple technical domains, including GenAI, AI/ML, Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical lead role within an enterprise or customer-facing environment.
- Proven proficiency in professional communication, with experience presenting to decision-makers.
- Advanced degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
- Background in a 24/7 operational services or support environment.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services or other cloud solutions.
