Key Responsibilities- Provide Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity.
- Offer Emotional Support: Engage in conversation, provide companionship, and offer emotional support to individuals facing health or loneliness issues.
- Assist with Medication Management: Help individuals with medication intake, as needed, to ensure they receive the correct dosage and adhere to their treatment plan.
- Monitor Health and Well-being: Monitor temperature, weight, urine, and stool changes, and report any concerns to the individual's healthcare provider.
- Support Daily Activities: Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry, to promote independence and comfort.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual's unique needs and goals.
- Education and Experience: Hold a DE in Educational and Social Support, specifically Home Care Assistance, and have prior experience in home care and/or working with dependent and/or disabled patients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and adapt to patient needs and lifestyles.
- Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
