Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our online booking tool (OBT) and expense tool for business travel.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and Product teams, to raise issues and bugs and follow up on resolutions.
- Test new product functionality and provide feedback on any shortfalls.
- Ensure SLA agreements are adhered to for problem resolution.
- Liaise with various suppliers, including GDS, hotel platforms, and transportation providers, to resolve external issues.
- Experience in technical support, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to research and investigate.
