About the Role

As a key member of the Inpeco team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the French market. Your focus will be on successfully establishing and developing business relationships with direct customers and supporting IVD distributors within the defined region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of key contacts and stakeholders in the French market.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability with a focus on direct customers.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Act as an ambassador for Inpeco, promoting our vision and values to key stakeholders and customers.
  • Support the development of local processes and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Recruit and lead a team of talented professionals in different functions, fostering empowerment and ownership.
  • Ensure that human capital and capabilities are aligned with the company's HR strategy.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree level in Healthcare or Business (administration, economics) and a solid experience in Laboratory Medicine or Anatomical Pathology within the country.
  • Experience: At least 15+ years of working in an international organization within the Healthcare space (at least 5+ years in a management position), with a matrix environment, working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance.
  • Track record: Proven track record of being able to deliver sustained sales results, including experience with large & complex accounts, end-user selling, growing existing customer base and negotiating through multiple business models to win the deals.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and developing team performance using a variety of sales leadership processes including funnel management, account plan reviews, and sales skill coaching.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and wear many hats in a fast-paced and pressured work environment. A proactive, flexible, and pragmatic approach will be required for success.
  • Native French speaker.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken (C1 or C2 level).
  • Fiscal residence in France.
  • Knowledge of CRM Salesforce.
