Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Global Retail Excellence Director plays a pivotal role in elevating our client experience and boutique performance globally.
Key responsibilities include leading the Christian Louboutin retail excellence program, defining and implementing a VIC strategy, and creating and managing a global care and repair program.
The Global Retail Excellence Director collaborates with key global functions and markets worldwide to ensure successful practices are implemented in our network.
Key objectives include:
- Defining a handbook of standard retail practices and guidelines to deliver exceptional client experience in store, in collaboration with markets and key global functions.
- Piloting these practices in select stores worldwide together with local teams.
- Rolling out the retail excellence program in all stores, motivating retail teams, and celebrating their achievements.
- Managing and developing our made-to-measure atelier.
- Collaborating with the global and local communication and retail teams to organize unique VIC events and experiences.
Requirements include strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire international and cross-functional teams.
