Job Summary
The Business Partner - Financial Performance will be responsible for participating in the development of budgets for establishments, in collaboration with the Director of Territory, the Director of the Establishment, the CODIR of each establishment, the Performance Department, and the Financial Department. This includes activity, P&L, and Capex.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly analysis of financial reports (activity, exploitation, and financial) for the Director of the Establishment and the CSP Expertise.
- Communicate the results to the Directors of Territory and Establishment, in line with the performance diagnosis of each establishment.
- Realize Business Plans for projects carried out by clinics.
- Follow up on Capex commitments on clinics within their perimeter.
- Ensure the quality of data entry.
- At the request of the Director of Territory, the Business Partner may prepare subsidy request files for clinics within their perimeter and participate in the development of authorization request files for clinics within their perimeter.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP SAP.
- Knowledge of accounting and key performance indicators (KPIs) of financial management.
Working Conditions
- The Business Partner will be required to travel to clinics within their perimeter.
- The company provides a company car for business use.
- The workplace will be located in the clinic's headquarters.
