Regional Sales Director for Paris and South-West France

As a Regional Sales Director for Paris and South-West France, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability targets in the region. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key accounts
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Representing the KLAPP brand at trade fairs and other events across France

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven sales experience in the French professional cosmetic market
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Fluent French speaking with excellent command of either English or German
  • Experience working with MS Office and CRM systems
