Regional Sales Director for Paris and South-West France

As a Regional Sales Director for Paris and South-West France, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability targets in the region. Your key objectives will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key accounts
- Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Representing the KLAPP brand at trade fairs and other events across France
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Proven sales experience in the French professional cosmetic market
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Fluent French speaking with excellent command of either English or German
- Experience working with MS Office and CRM systems
