Regional Sales Manager for Paris and South-West France

Klapp Cosmetics GmbH is a leading cosmetics brand with over 40 years of expertise in high-quality beauty products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive sales of our professional beauty products in the Paris and South-West of France area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and profitability targets by supporting, training, and coaching KLAPP customers in the region.
  • Acquire new customers, including beauty salons and hotel spas, and build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned territory to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent the KLAPP brand in a professional manner at trade fairs and other events across France.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in field sales, ideally in the French professional cosmetic market.
  • Sales target-orientated sales talent with strong negotiating skills and a winning personality.
  • Fluent French speaking with an excellent command of either English or German.
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
