Regional Sales Manager for Paris and South-West France

Klapp Cosmetics GmbH is a leading cosmetic institute brand with over 40 years of expertise in high-quality beauty products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive sales of our professional beauty products in the Paris and South-West of France area.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for driving sales growth and profitability targets in the assigned territory
- Support, train, and coach KLAPP customers in the region to ensure sales success
- Acquire new customers, including beauty salons and hotel spas, to expand our customer base
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned territory to stay ahead of the competition
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key accounts within the territory
- Take on leadership responsibilities for the French sales team, including development and leadership
- Complete and submit timely administration tasks, such as customer record keeping, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Represent the KLAPP brand in a professional manner at trade fairs and other events across France
- Professional experience in field sales, ideally in the French professional cosmetic market
- Sales target-orientated sales talent with strong negotiating skills
- Winning personality, communicative, motivated, ambitious, and committed
- Independent and autonomous planning and organization
- Fluent French speaking with an excellent command of either English or German
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- Experience working with MS Office and ideally knowledge of working with a CRM system
- Great passion for beauty products, international beauty trends, and aesthetics
- Structured and independent way of working, as well as strong conceptual skills
- High level of team orientation, motivation, and initiative
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders internally and externally
