Five Arrows
Five Arrows is the alternative assets division of Rothschild & Co, expected to scale rapidly, presenting an exciting career path for a motivated Investor Relations professional. Managing over €26 billion across various funds focused on corporate and secondary private equity, multi-manager funds, co-investments, and senior and junior credits, the Five Arrows team consists of over 260 professionals in Europe and North America.

Position Overview
This role is situated within the Corporate Private Equity (CPE) team, which invests in Europe and North America through a series of funds targeting the lower mid-market, mid-market, and upper mid-market. The CPE team includes over 80 investment professionals based in key financial hubs, managing over €9 billion in capital for this strategy.

Role Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be integral to client servicing and fundraising/marketing support across a diverse alternatives platform, with a wide range of responsibilities. The dynamic nature of this role necessitates the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

Key Duties Include:

  • Materials Preparation: Support content creation for DDQs/RFPs, PPMs, and other marketing materials (pitchbooks, case studies, teasers, etc.).
  • Investor Meetings Coordination: Assist in organizing investor due diligence meetings and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Bespoke Investor Communication: Ensure timely execution of agreed next steps and prepare consolidated cash flow forecasts for investors.
  • Process Management: Collaborate with Legal Counsel on managing legal documentation and oversee investor onboarding processes.
  • Client Services Development: Work with senior team members to enhance Client Services processes and infrastructure, including periodic LP reporting and ad-hoc information requests.

Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree from a reputable institution, with 2-3 years of experience in a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or top-tier consulting firm. An international background is preferred, and fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being advantageous. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are crucial.

The candidate should be motivated, organized, and proactive, with strong analytical skills and good interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and the capacity to produce client-ready materials with precision are essential for success in this role.
