Negotiate Contracts and Close Agreements

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to lead our client account management efforts. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing agreements with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from technical personnel to management
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory, with knowledge of other languages a plus
