About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team at Wallester. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from technical personnel to management
Requirements
  • Successful previous experience in client account or relationship management
  • Fluency in English, Spanish (mandatory - both written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is a plus
