Key Responsibilities:
The Client Advisor is a critical member of the Loro Piana team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our boutiques and stores.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on luxury goods and services to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store environment and achieve sales targets.
- Display and receive products according to established procedures.
- Maintain a tidy working space according to company guidelines.
Sales and Client Management:
- Follow the Loro Piana Selling Ceremony to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Analyze client needs and preferences to enhance the commercial relationship.
- Participate in store and department meetings to stay informed and aligned.
Client Management and CRM:
- Ensure efficient and high-quality after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage claims and communicate with management to resolve issues.
- Turn every customer interaction into a positive experience, promoting the Loro Piana brand image.
- Collect and share client information with management to inform business decisions.
- Follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution.
Product Knowledge:
- Participate in product presentations and stay up-to-date on all product categories.
- Deep knowledge of products and ability to communicate their features and benefits.
- Ensure the appropriate care and maintenance of products and store displays.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain display areas to ensure a visually appealing and engaging customer experience.
- Identify and report any display issues or missing items.
Stock Management:
- Stay informed about store stock levels to optimize sales and reduce waste.
- Participate in inventory processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
Theft and Loss Prevention:
- Respect assigned positions to prevent theft and losses.
- Swiftly report any issues or missing items to management.
Profile:
- Relevant work experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
- Alignment with the Loro Piana brand identity and attention to detail.
- Passion for Loro Piana products and brand image.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages a plus.
