At Malt, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we approach sales enablement. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Sales Enablement Manager.

Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned sales enablement expert to develop and implement strategies that empower our corporate sales team to excel in their roles. As a Global Sales Enablement Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive sales enablement plan that aligns with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global sales leaders to design and implement a sales enablement strategy that drives sales performance and growth.
  • Develop and manage sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our corporate sales team.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales tools, resources, and content to support our sales team's success.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to ensure our sales team has access to relevant and up-to-date marketing materials.
  • Conduct regular assessments of our sales process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our sales enablement initiatives.
  • Organize and lead regular sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our sales enablement function.
About You

We're looking for a highly experienced sales enablement professional with a strong background in sales and sales operations. You'll need to have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
