We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Doctrine. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, processes, and tools.

Our Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
  • Creating and delivering training programs to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Designing and implementing sales tools and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales enablement initiatives
  • Analyzing sales data and metrics to inform sales enablement strategies and initiatives
