Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Resource Mobilization Analyst to join our Donor Relations and Fundraising Support Unit. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and securing funding opportunities, developing and implementing resource mobilization strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of funding opportunities and prospects to support meeting preparation and decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance resource mobilization efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a database of donor profiles and funding cycles for targeted outreach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand funding priorities and requirements.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify new potential donors and funding opportunities.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or International Development.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in resource mobilization or fundraising.
- Proficiency in data management and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Advanced level of English.
