Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Hospitality Agent, you will be the face of Sonder and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of amazing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and completing paperwork.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest hospitality trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
