Key Account Executive
Description du posteNous recherchons un Key Account Executive expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente internationale. Vous serez responsable de développer des comptes grands groupes à l'échelle mondiale, en adoptant une approche consultative et stratégique.
Missions- Prospection : Identifier et cibler les opportunités auprès des grands groupes internationaux (CAC 40, SBF 120, Fortune 500).
- Discovery : Conduire des analyses approfondies des besoins clients et adapter les solutions proposées à leurs enjeux.
- Closing : Mener à bien les négociations et conclure des deals avec des paniers moyens de 80KEUR à 100KEUR.
Grands Comptes issus de groupes internationaux comme le CAC 40, SBF 120, et Fortune 500.
InterlocuteursC-Level, DRH, Responsables Formation, L&D Managers.
Cycle de vente6 mois à 1 an.
Panier moyenDe 80KEUR à 100KEUR.
ObjectifsEntre 300KEUR et 500KEUR de CA.
Perspective d'évolutionNotre partenaire est en pleine phase de conquête internationale. Ce poste vous offrira des perspectives de progression rapide au sein de l'équipe, avec des opportunités en management et une évolution dans des fonctions stratégiques à l'échelle globale.
Requis- Expérience de 3 à 6 ans en prospection et closing de cycles longs, dans un environnement SaaS complexe.
- Solide expérience en vente consultative, préférablement dans le domaine EdTech/RhTech.
- Bac +5 minimum, avec un fort esprit entrepreneurial.
- Anglais bilingue ou natif, impératif pour adresser le marché international.
- Capacité à chasser et à conclure des deals dans des environnements exigeants et multiculturels.
Package de 60KEUR à 80KEUR.
