Okta, the world's leading identity company, is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the French market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with top-tier organizations, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth and expand Okta's presence in the French market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Utilize creative strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, business value management, and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Strong experience selling SaaS solutions in Enterprise organizations (1,250 to 4,000 employees).
- Experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully.
- Measurable track record in new business development, negotiating multi-million dollar opportunities, and overachieving sales targets.
- Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions and ability to adapt in high growth, fast-growing, and changing environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
