Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Executive at Capijobnew, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships and interactions with new learners to advise them on their training project. Your daily tasks will include determining the needs and long-term objectives of clients, ensuring that we offer the right programs for each client, and identifying new commercial opportunities within the companies of our learners by developing long-term relationships.

Short-term responsibilities:
  1. Analyze the market and find commercial opportunities (10%)
  2. Manage and qualify new opportunities generated by our marketing team and BDR, build a sales pipeline of incoming opportunities and prospecting (40%)
  3. Close long-term sales that meet the needs of learners and balance the needs of our company. Onboarding & client support until the training (40%)
  4. Provide accurate reports and weekly forecasts (10%)
Long-term responsibilities:
  1. Close multiple sales for companies and on several B2C products
  2. Advise and collaborate on the onboarding of new Growth Tribe employees
Requirements:
  1. You speak fluent French and have a conversational English (a must)
  2. You have between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in marketing digital solution consulting
  3. You have a degree or master's degree in commerce, economics, digital marketing, communication, or another related field
  4. You are available full-time and live in or around Paris (or are willing to move)
