Head of CRM Job Description

Betclic Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of CRM to lead our customer relationship management efforts and drive long-term player loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to drive player loyalty and engagement across all markets.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech leads to assess and optimize the usage of CRM tools, identifying areas for improvement or upgrades.
  • Supervise the design, implementation, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and research trends in the CRM field to identify emerging opportunities for Betclic to capitalize on and gain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • A solid record of accomplishment in CRM management, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a player-centric culture.
  • Analytical skills with experience in data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, with the ability to assess and optimize their usage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and country leads.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and with resilience.
  • Fluency in English and French.

How to Apply:

Elodie will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes). You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities. You will then meet Paul, the Growth Director and your potential future manager. Within two weeks after meeting Paul, you will be given a case study to work on to present to Product and/or Marketing Directors, including Paul. You will then have an interview with Julien, the Chief Operating Officer. Elodie will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test.
