We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FC Manager to join our team at zooplus SE. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) across Europe, ensuring seamless operations, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with logistics service providers and zooplus teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality services.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance, KPIs, and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and GEMBA walks to ensure process stability and transparency.
- Analyze service levels and costs to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes in collaboration with logistics service providers.
- Support and lead projects related to operations, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams across Europe to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and implement process standards, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and drive improvement.
- Train other FC managers on processes and lead regular metrics reviews and benchmarking.
- At least 5 years of experience in 3rd-party logistics on the provider and/or customer side (e-commerce/B2C preferred) or experience leading as a site leader of a warehouse.
- Analytical, process-oriented, and data-driven with proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of logistical and administrative processes and systems.
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership.
- High mobility, willing to travel (25-30%), and driver's license holder.
- Self-starter and result-oriented work attitude.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written); French preferable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizing skills and good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Profound methodological competence in process and material flow analysis and intralogistics.
- Experience in leading medium-complex to complex role-related projects.
- Sound understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and technical requirements.
