About the Role

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist to lead sales efforts with clients and prospects in their assigned region. The primary focus will be on the HCL UNICA Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions based on the Unica platform
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to create targeted campaigns
  • Qualify prospects and move them through the sales process
  • Set and achieve sales targets for the Unica platform
  • Present product offerings to clients and prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
  • Provide insights to the product team for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably in marketing automation or related domains
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the Unica martech is a plus
