Product Sales Specialist for HCL UNICA

About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist to drive sales efforts with clients and prospects in their assigned region. The primary focus will be on the HCL UNICA Suite.

Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region
  • Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions based on the Unica platform
  • Generating leads and building a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with marketing and pre-sales teams to create targeted campaigns
  • Qualifying prospects and moving them through the sales process
  • Setting and achieving sales targets for the Unica platform
  • Presenting product offerings to clients and prospects
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
  • Providing insights to the product team for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably in marketing automation or related domains
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the Unica martech is a plus
