Direction Grands Property Managers is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician (HVAC) to join our dedicated team responsible for the upkeep and management of diverse tertiary sites.

As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of critical building systems. Your expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service by adhering to contractual obligations and exceeding client expectations.
  • Lead and actively participate in site meetings, fostering effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for skill development within your team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive internal documentation, including reports and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a technical degree in electrical engineering, HVAC technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-technical maintenance within the building services sector.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, locksmithing, and HVAC principles.
  • Be proficient in utilizing GTB and CMMS tools for efficient work management.
