About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at CMA CGM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our strategic customer relationships and driving business growth across all CMA CGM brands, regions, and trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue across our customer portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within our customers' organizations
  • Support the development of our inside sales team and ensure their performance, engagement, and motivation
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with customers in coordination with product owners
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities to share with management
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in International Trade or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and shipping activities
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in business negotiations and IT tools, including advanced Excel
