Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Client Services community, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our Sales and Delivery teams, ensuring seamless client experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch client support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure seamless event support, account development, and administration.
  • Manage event logistics, including workshop setup, client communication, and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is shared with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices to continuously improve client services.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to enhance client satisfaction and business efficiency.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
