About the Role
The Red Hat Commercial Sales team is seeking a mid-level Channel Sales Executive to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Drive revenue and customer satisfaction by aligning partners with the necessary capabilities to address customer needs through collaborative account planning, lead sharing, and marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve team targets for new acquisitions, expansions, and renewals by effectively managing the partner deal pipeline and tracking deal progression.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans with Partner Account Managers and partners to stimulate customer demand and identify new opportunities.
  • Integrate partner expertise into the sales process to facilitate solution selling and enhance account strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Red Hat Ecosystem team to pinpoint partner capability gaps within the account base.
  • Work alongside Partner Account Managers to identify key sales contacts at partner organizations.
  • Engage with Red Hat and partner marketing teams to drive demand generation.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and partners to ensure timely value realization for customers and facilitate renewals.
  • Advocate for partner inclusion in opportunities within the Red Hat organization to maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to enhance pipeline efficiency and address any challenges in connecting partners with Red Hat resources.

What You Will Bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the customer landscape within your territory, including industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the partner ecosystem and collaborative selling strategies.
  • The ability to clearly articulate the value of Red Hat solutions and differentiate them in the market.
  • Proven relationship-building skills to cultivate long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and value engineering capabilities to effectively position solutions.
  • Experience in selling complex IT solutions to mid-sized organizations through partner collaboration.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluency in English and French.
