We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Agent for New Properties, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of our new developments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sign and accompany clients through the purchase process, ensuring a smooth and authentic experience.
- Monitor market trends, legal, fiscal, and financial news to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage sales spaces and provide exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. You should have a bachelor's degree in sales or a related field and at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of construction are essential.
