The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through regular strategic discussions and performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to onboard new clients, expanding the company's market presence.
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring seamless execution of agreements and collaboration with internal teams such as production and logistics.
- Assess and implement contract renegotiations, as well as manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
