Position Overview:
The HR Data and Analytics Analyst is an integral member of the HRIS team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a reliable business partner for HR stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Social Affairs.
- Act as the primary contact for external clients regarding mandatory HR declarations.
- Develop, maintain, and present monthly HR reports covering metrics such as headcount, turnover, and absenteeism.
- Ensure high standards of data quality.
- Align local initiatives with the global HR vision and strategy.
- Promote continuous improvement in processes.
Core Duties:
- Generate and deliver timely monthly and yearly reports on various HR metrics.
- Address legal declarations and audits from external entities.
- Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance the use of HR systems and self-service tools.
- Educate end-users to ensure they can independently utilize HR data.
- Engage with the HR community to understand their data requirements.
- Advocate for the importance of data integrity throughout the organization.
- Work collaboratively across teams to suggest process improvements and innovative solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Solid understanding of HR functions and the significance of data within those functions.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
- High ethical standards in managing confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and other HRIS tools.
