Position Purpose

HM.CLAUSE is seeking a Strategic Project Manager who will report directly to the CEO.

Your role involves providing high-level operational assistance to the CEO's office in the formulation of strategies through comprehensive long-term plans.

You will consolidate functional and regional long-term plans, including strategic goals, outcomes, and associated KPIs. You will design and implement systems to track the progress of these long-term plans.

Your support will extend to the leadership team in overseeing the scope, quality, schedule, and budget of the strategic project portfolio, collaborating with directors and project leaders to ensure the successful delivery of all major strategic and project milestones.

You will manage project execution by establishing prioritization for the planning, initiation, and execution of the strategic project portfolio.

Effective communication and collaboration across the organization will be essential as you coordinate broader operational initiatives.

You will develop and implement a standardized project management methodology, processes, tools, and training throughout the organization.

Ultimately, you will establish and lead a network of project management advocates within HM.CLAUSE.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1) Strategic Planning

Assist the CEO in crafting the strategy and its implementation framework.Support the Global Strategy Team in translating strategic goals into long-term plans with timelines, milestones, and KPIs.Design and implement a methodology for prioritizing strategic objectives, reviewing, and adjusting long-term plans as necessary.Facilitate bi-annual reporting to the Global Strategy Team.Assist the CEO in budget planning and the implementation of a new business review process.Lead cross-functional budget reviews to align business priorities and growth opportunities with investment strategies.Lead strategic initiatives and assist the Global Strategy Team in designing and executing projects that promote long-term growth.Collaborate with the Business Line and its respective Business Units.

2) Project Management

Develop and implement project management methodologies, standard processes, and stage-gate processes with decision criteria and guidelines for project inclusion in the global project portfolio. Create a project management toolkit for the organization.Oversee the Global Strategic Team Project Portfolio. Develop and execute an optimal governance process to ensure alignment between the project portfolio and strategic objectives.Organize regular updates and reporting on the strategic project portfolio.Lead ad-hoc projects assigned by the CEO's office and provide support to the business.

3) Analytics and Business Performance

Collaborate with the Global Strategy Team to monitor KPIs associated with annual objectives and synthesize periodic status reports on progress.

Qualifications: What We Expect From You

You hold a bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project portfolio management.
You are recognized for your expertise in developing project management methodologies and managing a community of project managers. Additionally, you have strong financial management and analytical skills.

Ideally, you have initial experience and knowledge of seed business processes.

You are customer-oriented and adept at problem-solving, with an exceptional ability to synthesize diverse perspectives into coherent frameworks.

You can independently address issues/projects raised by the CEO and the Global Strategy Team.
You demonstrate strong leadership in driving solution development and project execution, with the capability to navigate complex environments and manage projects within a matrix organization.
