Job Title: Purchasing Agent
Job Description
As a Purchasing Agent within the Supplier Relations Purchasing Department, you will be involved in all procurement activities of the organization in compliance with public procurement regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in defining needs and structuring requirements with stakeholders (expectations, selection criteria...),
- Determine the most suitable procurement procedures and contractual arrangements,
- Identify key suppliers in the market segment and their offerings,
- Implement various procurement strategies for cost optimization,
- Prepare tender documents for competitive bidding,
- Manage procurement processes from publication to contract award, including negotiation if necessary,
- Monitor administrative, technical, and financial execution of contracts, supplier evaluation,
- Conduct sourcing and benchmarking activities,
