Customer Success Manager - Public Sector Expert

At Brevo, we're on a mission to revolutionize customer relationships. As a Customer Success Manager - Public Sector Expert, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our public sector clients get the most out of our platform. Your expertise in managing public sector clients will be invaluable in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key French institutions. You'll define critical goals and KPIs tailored to their specific needs and guide them toward achieving those objectives. Your strong understanding of public sector challenges, constraints, and decision-making processes will be essential in driving customer success. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record of sustained target achievement, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key public French institutions
  • Define critical goals and KPIs tailored to the specific needs of public sector clients
  • Be Brevo's expert on public sector clients, understanding their expectations and needs
  • Drive regular cadence with customers to report on KPIs and share results with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify and manage development and growth opportunities within the portfolio
