ENGIE is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, and we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in the development of our biomethane production projects in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the engineering team in the development of biomethane production projects, ensuring that all engineering deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and supervise engineering contractors, ensuring that they meet the required standards and deliverables.
- Develop and implement engineering standards and practices, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with other teams, including project management, industrialization, business development, and operation, to ensure that engineering deliverables meet the company's needs.
- Ensure that all engineering activities are carried out in accordance with the company's safety and quality policies.
- M.S. degree in engineering or equivalent.
- At least 20 years' experience in engineering positions in energy/water/waste treatment/industry in an EPC contractor company.
- Experience with working in a project-oriented culture, based on collaborative, agile, and innovative ways of working.
- Fluent in English and French, with other languages a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multicultural teams and work in a complex and dynamic environment.
