Nous recherchons un Commercial Development Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe à Kruger France. En tant que membre de notre équipe commerciale, vous serez responsable de la croissance et du développement de nos activités en France.

Missions et responsabilités
  • Reprendre un portefeuille en forte croissance et le développer en acquérant de nouveaux clients et en fidélisant les anciens.
  • Prospection commerciale sur les marchés cibles et négociation des conditions commerciales.
  • Conception des offres techniques et commerciales en coordination avec les usines du groupe.
  • Gestion et suivi des projets en lien avec les équipes (R&D, Qualité, Achats...).
  • Contribution à la définition et à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie commerciale.
Compétences requises
  • De formation Ingénieur ou équivalent, en nutrition santé et/ou agro-alimentaire, ou diplômé(e) d'école de commerce.
  • Expérience précédente dans des missions commerciales/R&D, notamment dans le marché des compléments alimentaires ou des marchés connexes/cosmétique, ingrédients...
  • Excellent sens relationnel et compréhension des besoins clients.
  • Force de propositions, orienté(e) solutions et résultats.
  • Travail en équipe et souci de l'intérêt collectif.
  • Maitrise de l'Anglais (niveau B2/C1).
