ID Moteur is a leading manufacturer of gear motors, drum motors, and their derivative products. With a strong presence in niche markets, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an International Business Development Manager.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies for expanding our foreign sales in a technical B-to-B environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with technicians and buyers, defining and co-developing products, and negotiating delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding foreign sales
  • Build strong relationships with technicians and buyers
  • Define and co-develop products with technical teams
  • Negotiate delivery programs with customers
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
  • Search for new prospects in existing markets
  • Create and support a distribution network
  • Find new markets corresponding to the company's know-how

Requirements:

  • BAC+2 training or a license in the field of electrotechnical/electromechanics, or commercial and marketing training/international trade with a solid technical background
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in international business development
  • Native German speaker with perfect English
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and IT tools
  • Knowledge and practice of statistics and communication tools

What We Offer:

  • Permanent contract with trial period (CDI)
  • Salary: €30,000 - €50,000 according to experience, potential, and motivation
