We are seeking a talented Business Manager to join our Prime Group team

Your key responsibilities will include Business Development, Hiring, and Management. As a Junior Business Manager, you will analyze the national and international Engineering markets, identifying potential clients and projects, and defining the business development strategy to drive company growth.

You will be responsible for hiring, managing, and supporting consultants using the company's career management methods, such as performance evaluation and training.

About the Role:

As a true intrapreneur, you will play a key role in developing the business and driving company growth. You will be involved in initiating and developing business with industrial companies, reporting to a senior manager who will provide support throughout your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: You will create your own portfolio of partners, respond to calls for tender, and conduct commercial negotiations with customers.
  • Recruitment: You will identify and recruit a team of consultant engineers, from sourcing CVs to integrating them into your teams, including interviews and monitoring the process.
  • Team Management: You will regularly monitor your team, holding project progress meetings, annual interviews, and other regular check-ins.
  • Administration & Management: You will manage the administrative side of things for each of your employees, including tasks such as payroll and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Recently Graduated, ideally in Engineering or Business School;
  • A driving licence is required;
  • French Native and English is a plus;
  • Dynamic, agile, and organizational skills;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in fast-paced environments.
