Become an integral part of Takumi Patisserie as we prepare to unveil our new location. You will have the unique opportunity to be involved in the introduction of exquisite Japanese pastries to our clientele, blending the culinary traditions of France and Japan. Under the guidance of our Pastry Chef and Production Manager, your role will focus on the creation of various viennoiseries during the night shift.

Working collaboratively with the Chef, you will assist in crafting a range of viennoiseries by adhering to established recipes and incorporating seasonal variations.

Main Responsibilities:
