Mission

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Customer Success Manager H/F pour accompagner notre développement et s'assurer que nos clients puissent tirer le meilleur parti de notre plateforme et atteindre leurs objectifs.

Responsabilités
  • Accompagner les clients tout au long de leur parcours, de l'intégration initiale à l'adoption complète de notre solution.
  • Organiser des formations personnalisées pour garantir une prise en main rapide et efficace de notre logiciel.
  • Être le point de contact privilégié de nos clients pour toutes leurs questions et problématiques.
  • Proposer des solutions proactives pour maximiser l'adoption de nos fonctionnalités et favoriser la fidélisation de nos clients.
  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance au sein de votre portefeuille clients et proposer des solutions complémentaires ou des mises à niveau pour répondre à l'évolution de leurs besoins.
