Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard, enable, and be a trusted advisor to our customers
  • Empower customers with industry expertise and knowledge in data engineering, analytics, and data governance
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, marketing, and other organizations to prioritize and optimize account plans and resources
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to drive success, customer retention, engagement, and expansion
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in customer success, consultancy, or account management
  • Ability to communicate in both French and English
  • Good understanding of the modern data stack
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships and champions with stakeholders of different functions and seniority
  • Prioritize workflows to manage a proactive customer journey for all customers in your portfolio, while assessing risk and identifying growth opportunities
