We are in search of a dedicated Sales Advisor to represent our esteemed Yves Saint Laurent brand.

  • Deliver an exceptional and tailored customer journey while upholding the brand's prestigious values.
  • Enhance sales through personalized product suggestions and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Engage in customer recruitment and retention in accordance with the brand's CRM strategies.
  • Assist in all store operations and ensure high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Address customer inquiries and relay insights to the Store Manager regarding market competition and consumer feedback.

Qualifications we seek:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Luxury sector.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for converting advice into sales.
  • Familiarity with point of sale processes.
  • Preferably experienced with Booxi and Mars cashier systems.
  • Proficiency in French and English, with an additional language being advantageous.
