About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Specialist to join our team at sfic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and upsell/cross-sell products and services to increase revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop targeted sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Strong Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Market Analysis and Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
