Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Western Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating, developing and managing sales leads, developing effective channels to generate and support sales, and creating and maintaining solid and strong relationships with potential customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years with the defence/security/law enforcement sectors
  • Key account development/channels development experience
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years with selling HW/SW products (CUAS products - an advantage)
  • Passionate, hard worker, persistent and loyal
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, French mother tongue - an advantage
  • Ability to travel across the Western Europe countries
